These icebergs formed a lovely pattern in the glacier lagoon named Jokulsarlon, in southwestern Iceland. The large iceberg at the top of this photo had just calved and moved into the lagoon. Icebergs sometimes remain there for several years before melting or floating out to the Arctic Sea.
I have been capturing images and creating collectible prints for over 20 years. My journey started in the darkroom with black and white photography printed from slides and negatives. Currently all my images are digitally captured. Photography today is an exciting medium for an artist--unlimited in subject matter and creativity. My photography ranges from the flora and fauna of the natural world to the documentary world of people and events. My goal is to provide a unique perspective on whatever subject matter captures my eye. An avid traveler, I enjoy bridging language barriers through the use of instantly visible images.
